Our inner search

Gabriel García Márquez has already said that wisdom comes to us too late… I think it comes early in our life but we don’t know how to access it. We spend half our lives trying to find answers for everything and get everything we want based on other people’s experiences, what to do or looking at others.

If we put these Tibetan wisdom tips into practice, if we directed our actions according to these values, we would achieve an inner tranquility that would greatly facilitate our lives. We live in a world that does not allow for spirituality and cultivating ourselves, so it is extremely important to explore.

It seems that we do not have time to dedicate ourselves to ourselves, due to the obligations and responsibilities that we have. Sometimes it is not that we do not have time, it is that we are afraid of finding something that we do not like inside of us. But therein lies our great wealth. Searching within is difficult but worth it.
